To request a translation, the only requirement is to use the [/translation/](doc:post-translation) endpoint. Optionally (also optimally), you will register a callback url for us to `POST` the completed text.\n\n# Several integrations\n\nHere at Unbabel, we have already used the API to create\n\n1. [Zendesk tickets](https://www.zendesk.com/apps/unbabel/). Allows customer services agents to communicate with a multilingual community. \n2. [Mailchimp](http://kb.mailchimp.com/integrations/other-integrations/integrate-unbabel-with-mailchimp). What has happened so far is a) someone needs an SDK in a language for which it doesn't exist, b) they let us know, and c) we collaborate on the requirements to fit their needs.
